Fair Use Warranty

Offered on all our used bikes.

We work hard to prepare our used bikes for sale. We look closely at bearings, tyres and transmission wear parts — if anything is suspect, we replace it. We want your bike to be safe and trouble-free from the moment you ride away. To back that up, every used bike comes with a 3-month fair use warranty as standard.

During those three months we will provide free gear and brake adjustments, check your tyre pressures, and offer support with any questions you have about your bike.

We're confident that every bike we sell is safe and performs as it should. If you're unsure about anything, just ask.

Exclusions

The following are not covered under the warranty:

​

• Self-repair damage — we cannot accept liability for damage caused by attempts at self-repair, or repair carried out by any third party.

• Crash damage — accidental damage, collisions or impacts are not covered.

• Inappropriate use — damage resulting from use the bike was not designed for.

• Normal wear & tear — consumable parts worn through regular use.

• Poor maintenance or storage — damage caused by neglect or unsuitable storage conditions.
